Hard race, very hot & humid. 1st mile was jockeying for position and then running hard, 6:59. 2nd mile was around 6:58, 3rd was 6:55, 4th was 7:20 and 5th was 7:40. 3 of the next 5 miles were over 8. mile 6 was rock bottom, but after the mile 6 marker it got shadier and easier. just wasn't a great day for racing, but im happy.
