Wow, I'm out of shape. Was this really just 3 miles?? 16:54 up the hill, 16:08 down. Hip feels okay... It was starting to tire at the top of the hill, but didn't get any worse going back down. Don't feel like I could have ran much more without the hip starting to bother me.
