This was my first time running in over three months. Following the hell that has been the hip/back/shoulder nerve pain that has been constantly eating away at me since April, I finally feel like I've turned the corner. My hip feels 100%, my lower back feels really good, and the shoulder is getting better. The stretching and strengthening, along with ART, has been good. This run was broken up into 3 segments of 4 minutes of running, with walking inbetween. Sure, nothing to brag about, but MAN did this feel good. We'll see where it goes from here.
