What a difference it makes to not run on hills for a change? I was able to run easily at a little faster speeds today, which I haven't really tried to do in a couple months. HR was under 160 for all of the first 6 miles (except for about a second somewhere in there), so i decided to crank it up a bit for the last two, spent a lot of time at 8:13, and then cranked it up to as fast as 6:40 for the last couple tenths of a mile. Great run, and I feel good.
