what a way to hit 10,000 "career" miles... coach broke us up into teams of 3, so that we were basically doing 3 x 200 meter relay for 60 minutes. tough workout got even tougher when the third member of our team only lasted about 15 minutes. me and the other guy did sprint 200, jog 200 for a few laps, and then coach had us slow down slightly and just do the full 400. so, it ended up being 11 x 200, plus 3 x 200 with 200 meter jogs, plus 8 x 400. heat wasn't too much of a factor, there was actually a nice breeze.
