ran 1 mile in 11:18, walked for 5 minutes, stretched, then ran 3.25 miles consecutively in 10:44, 10:23, 10:13 + 2:30. felt good throughout. wore the knee bandage. started to get tired last 1/2 mile, but not too weak really. shins felt better this time, and calves were less sore too.
