First event since dealing with hamstring/calf issues. Went out with the goal of a 10 minute mile pace, with possible breaks if needed. Wound up running continuously. Felt good entire run, then got a bit carried away the last 1/4 mile and pushed my tempo a bit too much. Last bit of pushing did stress the calf a little. Not real pain, but I can tell that it was stressed. Will ice this weekend.
