Notes

Forgot my Garmin again, so I ran the same route as last week. Ran with just a stop watch using 9 minute run intervals followed by 1 minute walking. Felt fairly good. Calf has a few pangs, took notice that they always occurred when going up hill, so i slowed down in those sections. Finished good.
