Notes

Due to hamstring issues, changed race plan. Ran with compression wrap, changed to a 1/4 mile interval, with 60 second walking every interval. Mixed walking with both front and backwards and changed stride to forefoot plant to keep pressure off hamstring. Pain at times that came and went. Finished feeling OK, just minor aches.
