Here's my attempt at keeping more legitimate records than just overall mileage. The tempo seemed slower than the XC tempos, but the roads were slippery at random spots so at least it was safer. It didn't seem to take that much out of me but I might have preferred a longer and faster one to get ready for the mile repeats.
