Felt really good today, started out relaxed at probably just over 7min pace and picked it up for 3 miles or so before I found a biker going the same direction as me. Couldn't help but challenge him, so that was fun. Flipped it and relaxed the pace on the way back, probably 6:45ish, since I remembered I have a tempo tomorrow. Nothing really hurt, so that's good.
