Notes

Hurt my left heel/arch on the beach yesterday so I will have to take some days of cross training until the bruising and swelling goes down.

Did the workout as best as I could going off of time. 14 min warm up, Hard(4x33sec, 2x71sec, 2:24, 2x71sec, 4x33sec)
