It had been raining all day, and since it showed no sign of stopping I just went for it. I stayed on the streets in my neighborhood because the route was probably going to be muddy/flooded, and I took it super easy due to caution because I didn't want to fall and hurt myself like I've done several times. Felt great, but hopefully it's semi-dry tomorrow and I can get my progression run in.
Once again, I did 6x20sec sprints since I don't have any hills to work with.
