The chasers were pretty gnarly, and in general I kinda struggled to stay on the group, partially because I don't have my flats and partially because my stomach has felt kinda bad recently. I have a plan to turn things around, probably eliminating milk from my diet for a hot sec and shifting the time I take iron in the day, all things that have had a positive impact before. I look forward to streaks of goodness.
