mornin pre-race. good day for it. It was a bit chilly and breezy, but its all good. Afterwards Micah made us pancakes and I made some eggs, and it was nice and good. Then I made a cup of coffee, grabbed my GoPro and Once A Runner, had a nice walk around Gainey, and went to the old foundation by Lumkes and read for a while, got some gopro footage. It has been a very relaxing day, good prep for an all out assault on the competition tomorrow.
