dang, I came across the line of the last one pumped! I felt sore going into it but was hitting splits well the first 2 reps, and had the front group lap us as we started the 3rd rep, so they were able to pull me along nicely to a 2:56, and then the last one I just flowed with it so well. Made me realize again the kind of shape I am in!
