Well this felt pretty smooth. I just kinda chilled at a rhythm that felt solid, and never really pushed, of course it started to get a bit harder around 9 or 10 miles, but I never even went into what I would consider workout energy. it was like 70%. Emily biked with me and we talked for a bit until I had to talk less to keep the breathing flowing well. Saw micah biking next to some ppl running so taht was kinda cool too.
