honestly this workout felt too easy. Between 4 and 5 I took a 16 second bathroom break (not exaggerating, would have been faster if I didn't almost forget to flush), and I was comfortable and just ran my way to a couple 73s and faster. Talked to Diemer and he said that it feeling on the 5th one was just a sort of gauge for effort, hes not too concerned about me with that. We also agreed that the mile would be a good race for me next weekend.
