a pretty low key progression. Mainly just cuz I got bored running campus loops and I had the energy. I was gonna pace Nathan to a mile PR for him, but the track was too icy so I had the energy to move quicker. did 4 easy with him, then did a loop easy, then 6:30, 6:22, 5:47, 5:20, and then backed off again, just cuz I have a long run tomorrow and I'd like it to go well.
