The whole way I felt like I was pushing to keep the pace, and when Micah and Jason kept the pedal down and started to move more, I pulled way back and just kept it easy back to the YMCA. Ended up going only 15 instead of 16 because I didn't run in a way to allow myself the full mileage, which is frustrating, especially when I got suckered into something unsustainable and it's more something I need to work on myself. Felt like 10lbs of shit in a 5lb bag
