It's taper time, Diemer told me to drop to 55 this week. This is a full out effort for taper and conference. If I train beyond, that's icing on the cake, but at this point I don't have the resume to do so, so I need to add to that resume, with a real staple of a race. Excited to see what can happen, I am working on full and complete recovery, loosening up my body to be mechanicaly smooth, and making sure my legs have the pop to go all in well.
