Okay this was pretty hard. There was a nasty headwind on both the backstretch and the turn after that, and I definitely felt the slowdown from that. I wish I could have gotten in a 4th rep but the 3rd one I could feel was pretty hard so I really pushed on it more than the others and was able to push through pain for the first time in a while rather than to hit it and call it. Maybe doing an 800 after 600 recovery would have made the workout harder but still manageable.
