Me n Jason ran it easy from the backdoor trailhead, cuz that's where we got hte most shade, although it probably didn't help a ton cuz it was still humid as frick. We reminisced about the glory days, what we loved most about being on a team, all the good times we had, and what we are excited for and whats upcoming. The topic came up cuz I got nostalgic from reading Running2Win logs earlier in the day, and I found the Jason Fred origin story one where Jason told me to run the rest of hte workout with him and for whatever reason I just was able to take it up a notch and then never looked back.
