went out chill, came back with a progression. starting the run I didn't feel too great, so I just had to trust that as the run went on my legs would be able to become more efficient with the energy they had. went out 7 miles, came back with a 6:30, 6:11, 5:57, 5:55, 5:45, and then anotehr 1/2 mile at probably 5:40 pace but got stopped at the last street because I didn't want to get hit by a car. I started to accelerate but I think the hot pace with the hotter weather and no fuel mid--run got me and my body was like "nope, 7:30 pace it is" Solid progression, 5.5 miles faster, I still feel like I don't know what my body can do, but I guess we will figure that out in a week and a half.
