body still felt junky a bit from conference. Back was a tight and legs felt a bit used still. I think it was a good workout though. Nothing felt impossible. the fast float felt more fast than float, the cruise felt slow, 5k pace felt like 5k pace.

I could use a couple easy days before the meet, and thats exactly what is in store.
