Planned on a progression run the back half, i guess it was more tempo than progression. 6:08, 5:58, 5:52, 5:48, 6:21

The hill right at the mile to go mark really did me in, kinda showed where I really am at, but I'm pretty happy with this as a workout. Kinda feels like i have a go-ahead to do more.
