I am not entirely sure where I am at right now or where I want to be, but I was thinking I would just do this full week of just mileage to get my body back under me but my brother in law was doing a workout so I figured it would be a good way to reintroduce more speedy stuff back to me, a good way to ease back into it. I ran the whole thing on his shoulder, let him dictate the pace and not gonna lie, it was pretty hard. I felt better than him on the 2nd half but the first reps were kinda ROUGH.
