strides + workout + cooldown. Not a bad one, the last 2 I felt hungry during, like for food. It was 7 and I hadn't eaten since 11:45. Otherwise it was all good. Ty found and joined me for the last one halfway through, lol, he picked up teh pace which is why that one was faster. Towards the end of that one I was starting to hurt a bit, but all is well, I've got some good rest before the next workout.
