Not bad, felt better than last week, although this time my stomach felt empty from the beginning, but the first 2 miles weren't too bad, it was when we caught the slow downhill that Ty's stride opened up and I went from 5:25 pace to 5:30 and he opened up a gap on me, which I kept as small as I could through the end. He probably had about 10 seconds on me at the end? In my head when he started to open it up I had to tell myself to keep on the workout without digging in too much before saturday, but also to still get the work in. I feel like it was solid, the first half was windy, and it really is mainly just flat.
