2x(3min, 2min, 1min, 30s) w/ rest = next rep.
I found a nice 2 track seasonal road for this, and I felt like I was FLYING on it. There were a couple roots and holes but nothing I couldn't maneuver. I passed a car at one point going the other way and I must've looked like I saw a bear running past them :'D
The goal was to have the fartleks get faster as the time got shorter, with the 3min at ~5k pace or a bit faster. I have no idea what my paces were but I think it was a good one!
