I think its time to retire these shoes. Okay so heres how today went. Earlier in the week Ty said we should run from the rogue river trailhead and I joked about us running every portion of hte white pine over the course of our long runs. Well, we got to the trailhead and right as we were gettting going we saw Noah, Micah, Jon, Charlie, Vreeke, and one of the freshman Calebs all strolling up. They were 9 miles in to their LR and had run from riverside park, so we ran with them, thus hitting all the parts of hte trail before there and after where we turn around normally at 5/3 ballpark! Also they were on the back half of their run, so they were lowkey hauling, which made our first half a lot faster, and after we turned back, me and ty just like cruised at 6:20 pace for the rest of the run. It was fun to get to catch up with them, talk, run, be merry. Just the sheer convenience of it, like thats the first time we've touched that trailhead since Addy's FKT, and it was at the right minute too!
