wasn't sure how long I wanted, planned the week based on 16, but my hip had been dealing with some weakness recently, so I cut it short to 13, especually with the snow. It's not about solely the miles, its about being healthy at mileage. I can't do what I want this season if I don't stay healthy. Stretching the hip shit, and glutes and hammys a lot as I write this sunday morning.
