Run: Hill Previous Next

Notes

So I was planning on keeping this easy and tbh it did feel easy for like the entire time. I kinda let other people dictate the pace after we let Noah and Addy separate on the warmup lol. I did make sure to focus going up hills moreso. On the downhill mile there was a baby chipmunk in the road that almost got hit by a car and was all curled up and shivering, so I picked it up and moved it to the side of the road, and then I basically dropped back from the 2 freshman and Nathan to Michelle, and ran with her through about 1/2 of forever, where I got antsy and started to open up the stride. I felt the overwhelming desire to find my left shoe right before roadkill so I did that. Body felt decent, legs were alright, still gonna play it easier for the first couple weeks back, ive got a long time before I need to hammer anything.
