I feel like my first reaction when just looking at this is "wow, couldnt hold 10k pace for 6k." but this was a pretty hard workout, I dont think I was recovered enough to really hit splits well. Anyways I still think it was decent, I got in a lot of hard work, some good volume. I could tell from the first 400 that it was gonna turn into a grinder. Luckily on the 2nd rep my body just kinda naturally fell into 77 pace pretty well.
