okay, long story short:

Friday I woke up feeling like 10 lbs of shit in a 5 lb bag. Threw up, started to feel better, took the day off to be safe. Told myself I would try 10 miles and gauge it off of the first few miles of that. Well, I felt normal, ran like 6 miles and thought I might go 12, and around 10 I thought I might go 14, so in total I did a 15 mile loop and added on one last mile. Felt solid, last few miles were in teh 6:40s and 6:30s.
