I never felt good, actually pretty bad for the start of it, but then as the pace kept dropping down I felt about the same meh, and for maybe from like 6-7.5 I felt solid, but then it got to the point where I was like "I'm having a good one, lets just keep it that way." Also I couldn't let Kinnuken or Buit take anything to me, my ego is too big. But a pretty solid day all in all, I think this is the fastest I've gone on TNRC, and a 5:42 was the fastest mile I've run since the milk mile.
I guess someone had to pull the Addison role today and push the pedal down today. I know Tyler and Noah both said that it was fast today, and people keep saying that it got fast early but we didn't his 6;30 until mile 5... like is that really early??
