Notes
This was solid, I never felt bad, was planning on tagging along for some of the CC LR from Jayfo's house, but while going down Michigan Street, I did a double take and saw Robbie, and ran with him for like 5ish miles. That made the time pass by really fast because we picked it up slightly but it was really nice to catch up and talk to someone I haven't seen in a good while. Apparently he was in town because Wicki is having a wedding celebration so him, Van Haitsma, Plantinga, and Rylaarsdam were all in town! Woulda been cool to see others too but glad to have that time at least. Met up with Jayfo with about 1.5 miles left in their LR, and i had to slow down cuz me and Robbie were throwin down some 6:40s, one of the top runners was mad that someone else felt good, which seems to be an issue, gotta be excited for the success of others man! Talked to a couple of the runners I hadn't been able to yet, that was cool, made me a bit more confident for this.
All in all, solid LR, didn't push anything which is probably good for now because TNRC was fast, and I'm planning on doing hills next week so I gotta make sure I'm putting energy towards whats gonna benefit me the most.
