This felt pretty solid. I was kinda planning on just running like 5:50 miles and having that feel more fast float/cruise, but I guess when ya good, ya good. I felt like I could have done 3 more reps at pace, so I think that means I did it right cuz I want to hit it faster on teh track on thursday.
