10 mile money followed by 2 on the indoor track. Felt a bit tired still, but nothing bad. Wearing new shoes really makes a difference though, I can feel how much return I was losing with 500+ miles on my other pairs. Geez.

Did hip stuff too. Deadlift and Lunges at ~max, 9 min core. Just gotta make sure I don't put myself in an energy hole to where I can't compete within my window of ability.
