Notes

today was spent at the back of the pack and off the back a bit too. My body felt not exactly very fast. It didn't feel bad, it just didn't like much faster than 7:15 pace lol. Saturday was the first all-in effort of the season. Another one this weekend, so I gotta make sure I am prepared to give it. the leg issues are mainly gone, its just making sure that they stay away. Still gotta remind myself that the point of running fast now is to run faster later, and to race some fools at conference, score some points, and win another shirt.
