Aquinas, 10 mile, felt decent but didn't push it early and felt a bit tired at the end. could use a good brisk tomorrow to feel on top of my game. Addison talked a bit about me needing to be on top of my game for conference. I don't plan on doing anything else. Conference is my nationals. I know who I am gunning for, where I stand and who I can beat straight up and who I can beat if they falter. I am a shark and they are the blood in the water. Forget about smelling the barn, talk about smelling your dinner and cooking it too.
