Notes

This might have been the jankest workout I've done. It was kinda fun to roll with the punches tho and just see what happens. We went to the course and it was thundering the whole way there, so we couldn't actually do the workout because thats dangerous or something. So we did 2 strides while jogging back to calvin in the rain, and then tempoed in trainers holding our flats for like 6 minutes, got to the indoor track, and then got into our flats and did some like 8x150 @ 5k pace? but they were super inconsistent and then Diemer had us go around campus to do a 3min cruise with 2 min jog and snappy 600. Strangest set of intervals ive ever done.

The whole time my hips and hamstring felt off, but not bad enough to stop, just like it would come and go and I had to focus on my form more than usual. Talked to kerri when she was in the TNT, stretch lightly, maybe roll, go to trainer to see if they need to be realigned.

On another note its a weird day, hard to describe, but weird.
