this felt like a 27 mile double, (44 miles in the last 3 days). I was pretty tired for the duration of it, and kinda bonked at the end. Got water at every stop we had, had some jelly beans, fruit snacks. Its just a long ways and I didn't quite prep for it the best. That being said, that kind of grounding is what God called for me today, stay humble, know where your strength comes from.

I've been reading Run the Mile You're In, by Ryan Hall, and its like the most incredible read I've ever had. He's super honest, relatable, and consistent in his faith in God, and makes you feel like you've met him and are best friends. He is also really good about speaking truth into errors that runners trying to be their best make (many of them he has experienced himself and had some revelation through prayer or experience). I think everyone in the world should read it.
