3min recovery in between each one, definitely still not speedy but I'm still happy to get this kind of work in. Once we are all moved it'll be a lot easier to take care of the little nagging issues, and then Riverbank and Diemer run should be easier to train for, I'll be able to set up outdoor workouts too, a couple more 4 mile tempos at millenium or something.
