very humid day, very hot. couldn't stand still or the mosquitos would get at ya good. I'll take today. I think I could have got another k out at 3:30 after that but probably smarter to leave em wanting more. I'll do strides or hill sprints later this week. Calf had a weird freakout like 1/2 mile in to the warmup which was weird, but never posed any threat to my running after that.
