Planned this long run to move pretty quick and test out fueling for the marathon. Lol my first mile was a 6:20 downhill and still slower than all my other miles while moving quick. Aveaged probably 6:08 on the way out, hit the turn around and went 5:58, 5:54, 5:50, 5:53, 5:48. All of it was pretty comfortable, I could feel a little fatigue around 11, but nothing I couldn't relax through. Took a gu at mile 6.25 which took about a mile to consume, the stomach held it down fine. I was worried for a seconds but then I burped and was good again. Pretty happy with it, idk if I'll keep doing that for a LR but it was fun to do! Maybe Ill just move on the back half for later and longer ones.
