Notes

Decent week, felt solid energy wise, which was pleasant. After the downhill mile my right calf was seizing up pretty tight. I managed to relax and keep it from getting any worse, and it felt better going uphill than downhill or flat. It didn’t feel awful on the cooldown, but it’s annoying and I’ll roll and apply some good pressure to it to get it to release.
