Long run day. Did 4 before everyone came along, some people we a bit unhappy with that, and I can understand, but I was hardcore strugglin to stay on the pack so I figured it didn't matter, they wouldn't have seen me anyways. Ran with Ty, Noah and I swear that was such a slow long run. We watched races, ran to the zoo, and it wasn't super serious but sometimes mileage is mileage and I didn't really care all that much. My calves were pretty sore still and were tight the whole run.
