first day running since I got sick again, felt like a load of garbo, still got some bug to get out of the system. But at least I got it done and for that I am thankful.
I'm gonna transfer my marathon to the 1/2 (the US only one, international was full...) and I'll look into a november half to hopefully make use of the training i've done. This is a moderate reset, kinda dashes the marathon prep but if I can run a solid half I'll be happy! I just want to run something I'm proud of this year, its definitely been an off year for me.
