I could feel the breathing in the background to where if I didn't take the inhaler it oculd have been an issue. Glad to have it around, I'm starting to get lower on puffs so I may have to talk about getting anotha one. It definitely helps a lot. Also I'm in a weird spot where I know i'm fit and feel both fit and unfit and i think the unfit is just cuz im not feeling recovered all the way, especially from the sun. So fun stuff I guess.

Also today on my run I was thinking about the different ways people get into good racing shape. For me like I've done little to no speed specific things, just lots of miles and a couple tempos, and whatever addison wanted to do a while ago. For caleb its a lot of faster intervals, 200m repeats, etc. Addison had lots of mid-length intervals with varying difficulty and then tapered pretty severely at the end. Calvin peeps its a mixed bag of varied training. It kinda reinforces my thought that the most important part of the training is to enjoy what you do, cuz that will allow you to do the most which your body is cabable of. Obviously I could benefit from speedwork, especially feeling more comfortable at faster paces, but the progress is undeniable that I'm fit. That is all for now.
